Our products are stored in two different warehouses, one located in the Us and the other in China. Different products may be shipped from different warehouses, as indicated on the product page. You can also contact us for confirmation.

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details.

Updates regarding changes to the order, refunds, mediation, etc. will also be communicated to you in real-time via email.
If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Please provide us with your correct shipping address.
Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address provided in your order information.
If there is any force majeure that causes damage to our product during transportation, please contact us immediately at email@example.com after receiving your package. We hope to gain your understanding and patience under such circumstances.

If the email address you provided is invalid or not in use, we will not be liable for any risks or losses caused as a result.
If you change your mind halfway, please do not simply refuse the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will handle the return for you according to our return/refund policy. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to the package resulting from refusal.
