We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. After you send us an email to request a return, we will respond within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.Return Costs
Noeifevo covers the return shipping costs
Noeifevo will pay for the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is due to our mistake.Examples of cases may include:
Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.
We shipped the wrong item.
We shipped it to the wrong address.
We sent a duplicate order.
Items that were damaged during the 30-day return period. (The customer should properly install and operate the item according to the product manual instructions.)
For items that are damaged or faulty, the customer must provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item is damaged or malfunctioning. If a customer refuses or fails to provide videos or photos of an alleged faulty/damaged item, this return will be treated as "buyer's remorse," and the customer is solely responsible for the shipping.
If a customer claims an item is faulty/damaged, the customer must provide proof without exceptions before returning it.
If the return request for a damaged/defective item can be resolved with simple parts and support, we may provide the option for free replacement parts and advice on repairing your item if the customer finds it to be the easier solution. You won't need to return a large bulky item.

In the case of a return due to customer error, the return is the customer's responsibility, and the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. The fees vary depending on the region.
Noeifevo will provide prepaid return shipping labels to the customer, and the shipping costs for returning the products will be deducted from the refund.
It's important to note that any order with specific shipping costs is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound costs.

The customer can return or request a refund for a product within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 3 working days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
The return can be requested for a refund if any of the following condition factors are met:
Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer finds that the product has been damaged during the transaction and can provide a damage certificate.
Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer finds that the product is seriously inconsistent with the description of the original product in one or more important aspects.
Within 30 days of receiving the goods, it is found that the product has a performance failure that is not artificially damaged. The customer should assist us in completing all battery tests, and both parties confirm that the product has quality issues.
Noeifevo generally ships your orders within 1-2 working days. To cancel an order, please contact Noeifevo as soon as possible to cancel the order, and the customer will receive a refund within 12 hours if the products have not been shipped.
However, if the product has already been shipped for the order, we will refund the payment within 3 working days after the returned product is received.
