Purchasing Information

Where do you ship?
We have several warehouses in US and always try to achieve a shorter delivery time. Normally you will receive your packages within 4-7 working days. Based on our experience.
How soon after ordering will I receive the battery? How soon after ordering will I receive the battery?
We will arrange shipping for your order the next business day after you place your order. In general, most of our packages are sent from the warehouse in USA. If you are in USA you can usually expect to receive your packages within 2-4 business days.
How to handle returns?
The customer can return a product or request a refund up to 30 days after receipt. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the customer will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
How do I track my order?
We will arrange delivery of your order the next working day after you place your order and a dispatch notification email will be automatically sent to you with the supplier and tracking number. And you can track your order according to the tracking information in the email.

Delivered but not received, where can I find my stuff?
If you have received the package but have not received it, you can contact us at any time. We will do our best to assist you in finding the product. Contact us at sale@noeifevo.com.
If my package is damaged or defective, what should I do?
If you received a damaged or defective package, please contact us immediately at sale@noeifevo.com and send us a photo of the damaged package and product. We will process your complaint as soon as possible and find a suitable solution for you, including refund or exchange.
