We offer free shipping for all orders.


Our products can be shipped to the US.

Shipping Method

Our products are stored in two different warehouses, one located in the Us and the other in China. Different products may be shipped from different warehouses, as indicated on the product page. You can also contact us for confirmation.

The shipping methods we use are ups, usps or  fedex for deliveries from the US warehouse

Delivery Time
The time frame for the delivery of the order is divided into two parts:
Working time and shipping time: Monday to Friday.
Processing time: 1-3 business days
Shipping from the US warehouse
US delivery time: 2-3 working days
Shipping from Chinese warehouse
US delivery time: 30-40 working days
Other countries: 30-40 working days

    Please note that delivery time and transportation time are provided as references only. All mentioned days refer to working days. In case of delayed payment, the processing time will be extended. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout based on your delivery address. The processing time of materials may be extended during the promotional period.

    Expedited Service: If you need to receive your order as soon as possible due to unforeseen circumstances, you can email us at sale@noeifevo.com to request an expedited service. Depending on the situation, we will arrange the shipping in advance for you. This service is free of charge.

  • noeifevo pays for all tariffs. Our customers do not have to pay tariff fees. If you are charged customs fee, please contact us for help or refund.
  • We collect GST (Goods and Services Tax) according to the local regulations of your shipping location, and you can view the details of the GST on your order. After completing your order, you will not be required to pay GST to customs or local authorities. If you are charged GST by customs or local authorities, please contact us for assistance or a refund.


Order Tracking:

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details.

Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes your order number, express information, and package tracking. You can track the status of your order through the email.

Updates regarding changes to the order, refunds, mediation, etc. will also be communicated to you in real-time via email.

Wrong Address:

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Please provide us with your correct shipping address.

Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at sale@noeifevo.com within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address provided in your order information.


If there is any force majeure that causes damage to our product during transportation, please contact us immediately at sale@noeifevo.com after receiving your package. We hope to gain your understanding and patience under such circumstances.

Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you provided in the contact information on the checkout page or the email address associated with your registered account. If the email address you provided is invalid or not in use, we will not be liable for any risks or losses caused as a result.

If you change your mind halfway, please do not simply refuse the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation at sale@noeifevo.com, and we will handle the return for you according to our return/refund policy. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to the package resulting from refusal.

Please contact us at sale@noeifevo.com within 7 days after the delivery date suggested by the official tracking system of the logistics company if you do not receive the order, or we will not assume responsibility in this instance.

If the package and/or the products inside are damaged or if items are missing, please contact us at sale@noeifevo.com with pictures and/or videos.
