Punctures and normal wear and tear are not justified.Non-TransferrableThis limited warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any other person or entity. If our product does not work normally, consumer will help us to complete all battery checks. Both parties confirm that the product has quality problems. We will send a new battery replacement to the faulty battery after it is returned to our EU warehouse through the prepaid label we have prepared.
From the date of purchase and within 6 months, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide replacement or refund services. Within 7 months from the date of purchase to the end of the warranty, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide exchange services.

General Conditions for Warranty Claims
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. If the customer is gifted or resold, the original purchaser must claim a warranty. Original order information is required for warranty.
All products returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at our expense and risk. Customers who need to return the products to the specified place at the specified time
The Manufacturer has no obligation under this Limited Warranty for Products exposed to the following conditions (including but not limited to):
damage caused by improper installation; Loose terminal connections, undersize variation, incorrect connections (series and parallel) for desired voltage and AH requirements, or reverse polarity connections.
Environmental damage: inappropriate storage conditions as defined by the manufacturer; Exposure to extremes of hot or cold temperatures, fire or freezing or water damage.
Damage caused by collision.
Damage caused by improper maintenance, under or through the product, dirty terminal connections.
Product that has been opened, modified or tampered with.
Product used for applications other than those designed and intended for, including repeated engine starts.
Product used on an oversized inverter/charger without using a manufacturer approved Current Limits device.
Product that was undersized for the application, including an air conditioner or similar device with a locked rotor starting current that is not used in conjunction with a manufacturer-approved lane-limiting device.
Product that is not stored in the manufacturer's storage policies, including storage of the product at low fees.
This limited warranty does not cover a product that has reached its normal end of life due to use that may occur prior to the warranty period. A battery can only deliver a certain amount of energy over its lifetime, which occurs over different periods of time depending on the application. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if the product is determined upon inspection to be at its normal end of life even within the warranty period.
